I am looking for a reliable part-time maintenance person for a large house in Castleknock, available 1 to 2 days per week on a permanent basis. The role requires proficiency in large-scale heating and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to carry out basic electrical works. Garden maintenance will also be part of the job. Additional tasks include carpet cleaning, pond maintenance, gate maintenance, window cleaning, and pressure washing of patios. I am looking for someone capable of handling a wide variety of ongoing odd jobs around the property. Perfect position for a retired person who wants to keep busy a day or two a week.
