I’ve an old boiler with no service history that’s taking in air. Have to repeatedly bleed radiators and the air that comes out smells of the rubber sealants. Discovered as well that the hot water tank appears to be leaking. Ultimately want to replace boiler and tank but need a repair for now. Will probably lead to more work later down the line and would like to use the same person for multiple jobs.
