Bought a new build last June and had planned on doing the front garden (new grass) ourselves but it’s just crap soil and so many stones and ruble from the builders. Looking for a quote to get the soil replaced and grass seed put down. We want to keep the tree maybe moved more in the centred if possible and straightened as there was no post on it when we moved in and the bushes on the left kept as I’d like to use it as a flower bed later down the line. The area is a trapezoid shape but the longest length is 10m and the widest width is 6m.
