I am looking for a quote to restore an under stairs storage room back into a standard guest toilet. The previous owners of the house stripped this under stairs room of fixtures, but plumbing and drainage points are still in place and capped.
There are some electricals installed ( socket and alarm box ) which may need to be removed in order to be up to code ?
Please specify if your quote includes materials (toilet/sink/tiles) or is for labour only.
